Shamika Khatawkar

Shamika Khatawkar is a learning and talent management professional with a background in I/O psychology and extensive experience in HR strategy, capability development, and leadership development. They served as an L&D Executive at Mu Sigma Inc., where they upskilled employees, utilized gamification techniques, and developed training content. Prior to this, Shamika worked as an OD Practitioner at Search 4 Excellence, conducting needs assessments and designing training solutions. Currently, they are the Assistant Vice President of Learning and Talent at HSBC, continuing to apply their expertise in enhancing organizational effectiveness. Shamika holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fergusson College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
