Shanthi vijayan

Shanthi Vijayan is currently the Vice President and Site Lead for Financial Crime Risk Operations at GSC Malaysia, where they lead operations, manage large teams, and implement process improvements. Previously, Shanthi held various positions at HSBC, including Assistant Manager Training and AVP Operations, where they oversaw payment operations and drove efficiency initiatives. Shanthi possesses professional qualifications including an ICA Certificate in Anti Money Laundering & Sanctions Compliance from the Manchester Business School, UK. They are also pursuing dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Mass Communication/Media Studies at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
