Shawn Roberts

Shawn Roberts is currently the Investigations AI Testing Lead at HSBC, where they manage AI testing teams and ensure compliance with investigative standards. Previously, Shawn served as Assistant Vice President in Financial Crime Investigations at HSBC, where they developed investigation strategies and nurtured a team of senior investigators. Early in their career, Shawn was a Team Leader at Brumby's International Pvt Ltd, motivating team members and achieving targets. They hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Suffolk and are pursuing additional qualifications in marketing and accounting.
