Shenara Rodrigo

Shenara Rodrigo possesses a diverse background in customer relations, digital marketing, and business development. Starting as a Client Relations & Digital Marketing Intern at The European Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka, Shenara quickly progressed to roles at Channel17 Loyalty, first as a Management Trainee and then as Assistant Manager Business Development. Following this, a tenure at Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC included positions as Executive Customer Relations Deposits and Relationship Officer Deposits. Currently, Shenara serves as a KYC/CLM Specialist at HSBC. Academically, Shenara holds a distinction in a Mandarin course from the Bandaranayake Center for International Studies and earned a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Cambridge College of Business Management.
