Shuguo H.

Shuguo (Alex) H. is the Senior Vice President of Data Analytics and Science at HSBC, where they are part of the Singapore AIDA Innovation Lab, focusing on digitalization and automation in Financial Crime Risk and Commercial Banking. With approximately 13 years of hands-on experience and 8 years in project management, they have successfully delivered data analytics projects for prominent organizations, including BNY Mellon and Standard Chartered. Shuguo holds a B.Eng. and a Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University, where their research was featured in top-tier conferences and journals. They have also received various international and national awards and a US patent in the field.
