Simon Cadby has extensive experience in marketing, business strategy, and change management, having started at Boots from 1990 to 2005 in various roles, including Category Manager for the £200m haircare business and Senior Business Strategy Manager overseeing transformation projects. Since August 2013, Simon has been the Director of SC Consulting, providing marketing consultancy to the retail and print sectors, focusing on business analysis, programme management, and strategic reviews. Additionally, Simon held the role of Program Management Office Lead at HSBC for various global transformation and outsourcing programs in 2018. Simon holds a BA in Economics from Manchester University, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
