Simon Higgins

Simon Higgins is a Category Manager for IT Services at HSBC, where they have worked since 2020. They currently serve as the Global Category Lead for Workforce Sourcing DBS. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions at Openreach, including Field Support Manager and Senior Project Manager, and worked as a Senior Partner Manager at BT. Simon’s earlier experience also includes working as a Chalet Chef/Host at Total Ski and as a Recruitment Consultant at Real Staffing Group. They earned a MA in Management from Durham Business School and a BSc in Biology from the University of Durham.
