Simon Lazarus

Simon Lazarus is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the corporate trust sector. They began their career in documentation and sales support before advancing to sales/account management and eventually leading a team at Citi’s repackaged debt division. Since joining HSBC in 2017, Simon has served as a transaction manager on the post-close defaults/workouts team, managing critical post-close matters for bonds, loans, and escrow transactions. In 2020, they were appointed as Director on the board of trustees for HSBC's trust vehicle. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with Economics from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
