Simon Perkins

Simon Perkins is currently the MD, Head of HR, Infrastructure & Operations at Strategic Value Partners, where they support the leadership team in executing the people strategy and ensuring HR operational excellence. Prior to this, Simon served as the US People Risk Program Director at HSBC and held various leadership roles, including Head of US Resourcing & Onboarding. They began their career as a Career Services Counselor at Seton Hall University and progressed through roles at Citigroup and Productivity Point International. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Studies from Aston University and an MBA from Seton Hall University.
