Simon Woods is the Head of Portfolio Risk in Global Trade & Receivables Finance, bringing over 15 months of experience working with UK SMEs, from start-ups to those with £350m in annual revenues. Previously, Simon served as a Relationship Director at Barclays Corporate Banking, assisting SMEs with turnovers up to £50m, and as an International Commercial Manager at HSBC, where they supported both international and domestic SMEs. Additionally, Simon held leadership roles at HSBC, including Team Manager, where they coached a team to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets. Passionate about aiding SME owners in their growth ambitions, Simon remains an enthusiastic banking partner for ambitious business owners.
