Siwei Cheng

Siwei Cheng has extensive experience in investment banking, currently serving as the Director of Investment Banking at HSBC, where they focus on M&A advisory and financing opportunities for corporate clients across Greater China. Prior to this, Siwei held various roles at HSBC, including Head of Debt Finance Origination for the APAC region, and served as Associate Director and Director in Structured Banking. Siwei began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as an Associate Director in Transaction Advisory and Assurance and Advisory from 2004 to 2010. Siwei is a CFA Charterholder and Chartered Accountant, having pursued education at the CFA Institute and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Monash University.
