Snehal Kotawar is currently serving as an Assistant Vice President at HSBC, where they focus on middle office operations and trade processing. With over 14 years of experience in fund accounting support, trade support, and settlement, Snehal has developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and operations. Previously, they held various roles at BNY Mellon, including Team Lead and Manager in Transfer Agency, Settlement, and Reconciliation, as well as at State Street as a Senior Manager. Snehal began their career as an Analyst at AXA Business Services Pvt. Ltd and earned an MBA in Finance from ICFAI National College.
