Sonali Maulik

Sonali Maulik is a US/UK qualified attorney with a diverse background in banking and finance law. They served as an Associate at Mayer Brown International LLP, representing private equity and debt funds in leveraged finance transactions, and held positions at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Baker McKenzie, advising on cross-border corporate lending and debt restructurings. Previously, Sonali worked as an International Human Rights Fellow at the Centre for Applied Legal Studies, focusing on women's and environmental rights in South Africa. They hold a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, Sonali is a Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC.
