Sophie Collignon

Sophie Collignon is currently the Head of Employee Relations France, drawing on extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Their career includes key roles at HSBC, where they served as Responsable RH - Global Banking and Market and later as Deputy Head of Employee Relations. Prior to HSBC, Sophie worked at Malakoff Médéric Humanis as Responsable Ressources Humaines and at Robert Half International as Division Manager. They began their professional journey as a Consultante en Organisation et Conduite du changement at ENODIA. Sophie holds a Master 2 in Développement et gestion des risques from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Bordeaux.
