They held various roles, including Vice President of Client Conversion at Statestreet Services and Vice President of Transformation at HSBC, focusing on project management and business analysis for large-scale transformation initiatives. Soumik began their career as a Consultant at Tata Technologies Ltd. and has been involved in strategic planning, business process reengineering, and IT strategy throughout their career. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a PGDBM in Marketing Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development. Currently, they serve as an Account Director at TCG Digital Solutions LLC, managing client relationships with an American Government Services Company.
