Sriram K. is a seasoned professional in engineering and technology management with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Domestic & Emerging (DOME) Payments at HSBC since March 2024, Sriram leads payments transformation and product implementations across global markets. Previously held significant roles at Standard Chartered Bank from July 2015 to February 2024, including SVP & Head of Tech Program Management for Payments Transformation and Cash Management, where Sriram managed the delivery of multi-year strategic payments initiatives across numerous applications and markets. Sriram’s prior experience includes serving as Director and Tech Delivery Head at Embibe and Chief Information Officer at Banca Sella. Sriram holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and completed a General Management program for Senior Executives at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
