Stacy Lamb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile transformation and banking operations, currently serving as the Group Global Director for Agile Transformation - People & Ways of Working at HSBC since December 2021. Previously, Stacy held the position of Global Director of Agile Ways of Operating within HSBC Wealth & Personal Banking Technology and has contributed to organizations such as Women in Banking and Finance-UK and PA Consulting. With a strong background in commercial improvement strategy, product development, and customer acquisition, Stacy has successfully led teams at Tesco Bank and Barclays Wealth Management, achieving significant results in asset management and customer engagement. Stacy's expertise includes digital strategy, qualitative and quantitative research analysis, and project management, complemented by certifications from Scrum Alliance and recognition as a finalist for Young Banker of the Year in 2017.
