Stéphanie Hamon is the Global Head of Legal External Engagement at HSBC and a Co-Founder of the Bionic Lawyer Project. With expertise in transforming legal operations and commercial management strategies, Stéphanie has previously held leadership roles at Barclays, where the team was recognized as “Legal Operations Team of the Year” at the 2019 UK Legal 500 Awards, and Clifford Chance. Stéphanie has also contributed to several global law firms across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, promoting collaboration and efficiency in legal service delivery. Stéphanie’s education includes a program at the Oxford University Said Business School.
