Steve Hewes is currently the Head of Portfolio for Direct Lending at HSBC Asset Management. They previously held the position of Director in Leveraged Finance at HSBC from 2008 to 2023. Prior to their tenure at HSBC, Hewes worked as a Senior Manager in Transaction Services at PwC from 1998 to 2003. Steve earned a degree in Management from Aston University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
