Steve Pascale is a retired director with extensive experience in product management and marketing, particularly in the financial sector. They served as General Manager for Small Business Leasing at American Express from 2000 to 2003, where they significantly increased sales through targeted marketing strategies and later held the position of VP of Marketing/Product Manager for Small Business Credit Cards.
