Stewart James

Stewart James is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Office of Government Affairs for APAC at Goldman Sachs. They have a diverse background in international public policy, having served as an Alternate Executive Director at the World Bank and as FSB Sherpa to Mark Carney at the Bank of England. Stewart's prior experience includes leading the Group Public Affairs function in Asia-Pacific at HSBC and developing financial services strategy at HM Treasury. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Glasgow and are currently pursuing additional studies there.
