Stuart Fleming has extensive experience in risk management and trade surveillance within the financial services sector. Beginning as an Analyst at TUDOR INVESTMENT CORPORATION from 2005 to 2006, Stuart advanced to an Associate position at Nomura International from 2008 to 2011. Stuart then served as EMEA VP for Exotics & Structured Products Middle Office at Citi from May 2011 to September 2013, followed by a role as Head of Trade Surveillance at Lloyds Banking Group from September 2013 to July 2016. Stuart continued to build expertise in trade surveillance at Deutsche Bank as EMEA Trade Surveillance CTB from August 2016 to September 2017, and is currently the Global Risk Steward for Unauthorised Trading Risk at HSBC since September 2017.
