Stuart Rose

Stuart Rose is a seasoned professional with over 16 years at HSBC, currently serving as the Managing Director - Global Head of Channel Services & Supplier Management. In this role, which commenced in January 2024, they oversee a $500 million budget and a team of more than 1,000 staff, focusing on enhancing retail banking services and supplier management. Stuart has successfully led 300 transformation initiatives, resulting in $44 million in savings for the year. Prior to this, they held various procurement roles at companies like Halifax, Lloyds Banking Group, and ExxonMobil, consistently driving cost management and operational efficiency. Stuart earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies/Supply Chain Management, with First Class honors, from Northumbria University, where they are also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.
