Sunil Shah

Sunil Shah is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in corporate banking and multinational operations. They held various leadership positions at HSBC, including Managing Director and Head of Multinationals for India and South Asia, as well as Regional Head of the RWA Optimization Unit in Asia-Pacific from 2016 to 2020. Prior to their tenure at HSBC, Sunil was a Manager at BNP Paribas from 1998 to 2003 and worked as a Sales Manager in the electrical equipment sector from 1994 to 1996. Sunil earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, and a Master’s in Management Studies with a focus on finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
