Sunny Chow

Sunny Chow serves as the Head of Cards & Unsecured Lending at HSBC HK, where they lead efforts in formulating business strategies and managing product development for the bank's credit card offerings. Previously, they held various roles within HSBC, including Senior Digital Channels & Commercialization Manager and Senior Cards Portfolio Manager, where they focused on driving digital adoption and cardholder loyalty. Sunny began their career as a Management Trainee at HSBC after completing a Bachelor's degree in Economics with first honors from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Research Assistant at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in 2006.
