Susan Rowand is the Head of Corporate Banking for Scotland & Northern Ireland at HSBC UK Bank Plc, where they have worked since 1997, predominantly in Commercial Banking. They currently lead a team of Relationship Directors and Managers, focusing on building relationships with businesses that have turnovers between £10 million and £350 million in Scotland. As an HSBC Sustainable Finance Ambassador, Susan supports businesses in their transition to carbon net zero by 2050 and is involved in initiatives promoting future skills and diversity as an HSBC Pride and Balance Ally. They earned an MA (Hons) in European Studies from the University of Aberdeen between 1992 and 1996.
