Sushil Shah

Sushil Shah is the Head of Non-Financial Risk in Wholesale Banking at HSBC. With over 21 years of experience, Sushil has excelled in various roles across consumer banking, corporate banking, and ITES sectors, including operational risk management and product governance. Sushil has worked in multiple countries, including Singapore, Russia, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, and has contributed to prestigious organizations such as Citibank and Barclays. Currently, Sushil serves as a visiting faculty member at T.A. Pai Management Institute, conducting courses on FinTech and IT in banking. Sushil holds a PGDM in Finance and Marketing and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
