Susmita Ghosh

Susmita Ghosh is currently the Risk Head for International Wealth and Premier Banking at HSBC India, where they leverage 20 years of experience in credit and operational risk management. Previously, Susmita served as a Senior Executive Vice President at IDFC Bank, establishing consumer lending risk management infrastructure, and as Head of Risk Management at USAA, where they enhanced risk infrastructure to comply with OCC standards. At Citi, they directed portfolio risk management for secured and unsecured loans, and their career began with a research analyst position at The World Bank. Susmita is pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Presidency College and a Master’s and Ph.D. at the University of Southern California.
