Swati Lay

Swati Lay is a Managing Director of CTO Enablement at HSBC, a position held since 2023. Previously, Swati served in various high-level roles, including VP Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at Funding Circle UK in 2019, and Director of Group Security at Betfair from 2012 to 2016. Their extensive experience also includes leadership positions in technology risk and information security at Merrill Lynch, Barclays Bank, and HSBC. Swati earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, graduating in 1997.
