Swati Sharma

Swati Sharma is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as Delivery Head (CTO) at HSBC since July 2023, Swati heads the Observability initiative, focusing on telemetry enablement across multiple domains. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Morgan Stanley, where key contributions were made in storage automation and observability projects utilizing Python and Perl, and Senior Associate Developer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on financial analytics and workflow automation. Swati's earlier experience includes serving as an Openstack Technical Architect and Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to DevOps automation and presenting at the Openstack Tokyo Summit in 2015. Swati holds a BTech in Information Technology from NIET, Noida, and completed intermediate studies at Loreto Convent, Lucknow.
