Swayta Murarka

Swayta Murarka is the Managing Director of Corporate and Institutional Banking at HSBC GSCs, with 19 years of experience in investment banking, audit, wealth management, and retail banking. A Chartered Accountant and All India Rank holder, Swayta has worked with prestigious organizations such as Goldman Sachs, PwC, and ICICI Bank. Currently, Swayta leads a team of over 380 employees globally and runs an accelerator program for women start-ups focused on financial inclusion. Recognized with multiple awards for leadership and diversity initiatives, Swayta actively contributes to mental health awareness in the corporate sector and serves as the Lead for the Funding arm at WICCI.
