Sweta Shaw, MBA, FRM, is currently the Vice President of RWA Basel 3.1 Implementation. With extensive experience in Basel III, CRDiv, and credit risk management, Sweta previously held positions at HSBC and Barclays, where responsibilities included regulatory reporting and implementing IFRS 9 standards. Sweta earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Fore School of Management, following a BA in Economics from Jesus and Mary College, where they ranked second in their program.
