Syed Rafeeq is an experienced financial crime investigator with a strong background in detecting, investigating, and preventing financial crimes. Beginning as a Pricing Analyst at Oman Air from April 2017 to May 2019, Syed moved to dnata as a Senior Consultant from June 2019 to September 2020. Since December 2020, Syed has held the role of Investigative Reporting at HSBC, specializing in transaction monitoring and dynamic risk assessment. Currently serving as a Manager in the Major Investigations team, Syed focuses on complex cases involving serious criminal activities, such as organized crime and human trafficking. Syed holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from GITAM Deemed University.
