Tam Pham

Tam Pham is a professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and analysis, currently serving as a Regulatory Affairs Manager at HSBC since July 2025. Previously, Tam held the position of Senior Analyst at Bay Global Strategies, LLC from February 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included analyzing regulatory frameworks and facilitating interactions between global corporations and Vietnamese policymakers. Tam has also contributed to the Digital Economy Committee at AmCham Hanoi from January 2022 to September 2025. Early career experiences include roles as a Quantity Surveyor at Gone Adventurin’ and as an Internship Trainee at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. Academically, Tam holds a Master's degree in International and EU Relations from Linköping University, a Lawyer Training Certificate from the Vietnam Judicial Academy, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Hanoi Law University.
