Tanvir Bagwan is an accredited Leader Coach and Global Agile Lead for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC, where they implement Agile methodologies across Market Operations Technology and Ops. With 30 years of experience in information technology, Tanvir has previously held roles such as Global Business Lead for Investment Banking, overseeing strategic planning and quality initiatives for over 2000 associates in India. Tanvir has trained more than 300 associates in Agile practices across multiple countries and led a Train-the-Trainer program for Agile Training in China. They hold a B.C.S. in Computer Science from Nowrosjee Wadia College and various certifications, including PMP, ITIL, COBIT 5, and Six Sigma Blackbelt.
