Terri Pearce

Terri Pearce is a dynamic and results-oriented human resources executive with a distinguished track record in various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head of Talent for the Americas at HSBC. Prior to this, Terri served in multiple capacities at HSBC, including EVP of HR Operations and Administration, and Global Head of Talent Management, fostering a strong organizational culture and overseeing HR services across North America. Earlier in their career, Terri held HR Manager and Senior Training Specialist positions at Household Credit Card Services and began with Household International as a Customer Service and Branch Manager. Currently, Terri is engaged in ongoing education to enhance their expertise in the field.
