Terry Fan

Terry Fan is currently the Head of Customer Product and Experience at HSBC, overseeing customer-facing products and managing a team of 12 product managers and 15 design members. Previously, Terry held positions such as User Experience Design Manager at Cisco Systems and Product Head of Lender & Principal UX Lead at Dianrong.com, where they established design processes and led significant product initiatives. Terry began their career as a UE Designer at Yucheng Technologies Limited and Cisco WebEx, honing their skills in user experience and interaction design. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industry Design from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
