Tian Lu is the Designated CEO of HSBC Qianhai Securities, having transitioned to this role in 2024. Previously, they served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs from 2007 to 2024, where they focused on expanding equity and FICC product offerings in mainland China. Before that, Tian was co-head of the China Research team within Goldman Sachs’ Global Investment Research Division and was recognized as a top-ranked research analyst in China's financials and industrials sectors. Educated at the London School of Economics, Tian has gained international experience working in London, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
