Tom Bamford

Tom Bamford is a Cloud Native Platform Engineer with extensive experience in platform engineering and developer advocacy. They served as a Platform Engineering Lead at Wipro Digital from 2017 to 2019, where they enhanced engineering workflows and established a technical community focused on cloud-native topics. Subsequently, at Lloyds Banking Group, they led significant public and hybrid cloud transformations and were the Product Owner of GitHub Enterprise, managing a platform for over 6,000 engineers. Currently, they work as a Platform Engineering/DevOps Consultant at HSBC. Tom holds a graduate degree from The University of Edinburgh.
