Tom Charles

Tom Charles is a Programme Director at HSBC, where they deliver innovative strategic Compliance transformation programmes aimed at enhancing capabilities to combat financial crime while reducing costs. With extensive programme management experience, Tom employs a COO skillset to implement IT, process, and organizational changes across various global regions. Previously, Tom served as a Welsh Guards Officer in the British Army from 1995 to 2011 and held multiple roles within HSBC, including COO for Cost Management in Global Finance and Global Head of Business Management for the COO in the Private Bank.
