Tom Fleming

Tom Fleming has extensive experience in the finance and banking sectors, beginning as a Senior Audit Associate at Grant Thornton Australia from November 2017 to July 2022. Following this, Tom transitioned to Commonwealth Bank, where roles included Associate in Commercial Banking and Senior Associate in the Major Client Group, managing a substantial $1 billion gross lending portfolio and achieving significant balance sheet growth within the first nine months. Currently, Tom serves as an Associate in Leveraged Finance Origination at HSBC since August 2025. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Deakin University and has earned professional qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, as well as the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
