Tom Fordham

Tom Fordham is currently the Director of Performance & Reward and Chief of Staff to the Global Head of P&R and ER at HSBC, a position held since 2024. Previously, Fordham served as the Director and Head of Reward for Africa & the Middle East at Standard Chartered Bank from 2019 to 2024. Their career in reward management began at Barclays, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Reward for Barclays Africa, from 2011 to 2013. Fordham earned a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton.
