Tracy Paradise

Tracy Paradise is the Group Head of AML & FC Strategy at HSBC, where they also serve as the Global Head of AML. They have previously held prominent positions, such as Head of Policy & Standards in Global Private Banking Financial Crime Compliance at HSBC Private Banking Holdings (Suisse) SA and Director of Global AML Compliance at UBS. Tracy has also contributed to The Wolfsberg Group as Executive Secretary from 2003 to 2021 and managed the Cambridge Symposium on Economic Crime from 1997 to 2002. They have extensive experience in financial crime compliance and strategy, having worked at HSBC since 2016.
