Vicky Mathew

Vicky Mathew serves as the Assistant Vice President of Risk Governance at HSBC, overseeing escalated and high-priority client inquiries while managing team workloads and auditing performance. Vicky has gained expertise in various payment methods, including SWIFT and Faster Payments, and has taken on the role of Subject Matter Expert to guide and train team members. Previously, Vicky held positions as a Customer Service Manager and International Case Manager at HSBC and worked as a Senior Consultant at Sutherland. Currently, Vicky is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Technology at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
