Vikas Mehra

Vikas Mehra is currently the Head of HSBC Global Services in Hong Kong, where they lead operational strategies and oversee compliance with Recovery & Resolution Planning and Operational Continuity regulations. With extensive experience in transformation roles across various financial institutions including HSBC, IBM, and Ernst & Young, Vikas has a strong background in management consulting and organizational change. Additionally, they co-chair Embrace HK, focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts within the workplace. Vikas holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Dharmsinh Desai University.
