Will Abbott

Will Abbott is currently the Global Head of Wholesale Operations Digital Transformation at HSBC, where they lead digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Previously, they served as Global COO of Risk Operations and held various positions within HSBC focused on business management and transformation. Will has also gained valuable experience as an Operations Officer in the British Army and completed a military internship at BNY Mellon. They hold a BSc (Hons) from Loughborough University and currently serve as a Non-Executive Director at Vaultex UK Ltd, overseeing governance, strategy, and risk management.
