Will Morgan

Previously, Will served as a Deputy Consul-General in Hong Kong for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, where they engaged in regional and international security matters. With an extensive background in security and diplomatic relations, Will has held various senior roles, including First Secretary for External Affairs at the British Embassy in Beijing and Senior Policy Adviser for International Security and Counter-Terrorism at the Cabinet Office.
