William Dickinson

William Dickinson has extensive experience in finance and risk management, holding key leadership roles across various organizations. As Director in HM Treasury's Financial Services Group, Dickinson was responsible for LIBOR reform and served as lead adviser to the Committee chaired by Baroness Hogg. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of the Asset Protection Agency, Dickinson oversaw the £280 billion Asset Protection Scheme. Additional roles include Director General Finance and Corporate Services at the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, Government Financial Risk Director at the Department for Work and Pensions, and partner at KPMG, where significant client service was provided. Currently, Dickinson serves as Head of Finance Audit at HSBC, managing the internal audit of critical global finance functions.
