Xiangjing Eo

Xiangjing (XJ) Eo is currently the Senior Vice President and Regional Project Manager, Data Analytics & CRM at HSBC Singapore, where they drive data commercialization across South and Southeast Asia to support retail banking initiatives. Previously, XJ held various leadership roles at UOB, including First Vice President in Strategic Insights and Wealth Continuum, where they launched innovative customer-focused initiatives. XJ has also contributed to DBS Bank in several capacities, including Management Associate and Assistant Vice President, focusing on customer acquisition and campaign management. They earned a Bachelor in Business Administration with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma with Merit in Business Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
