Xiaoxia YU

Xiaoxia Yu is currently the Head of Regulatory Engagement at HSBC, where they oversee compliance and regulatory initiatives. They previously held roles such as Responsable de conformité in Retail Banking and Wealth Management and were involved in significant projects like the implementation of the FATCA regulation. Xiaoxia began their career as a Stagiaire at Dalian Drapeau Rouge Golf Vallée and progressed to coordinating organizational change projects at HSBC. They hold a degree in Engineering in Mathematical Sciences from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen and a Master’s in Actuarial Science from Université de Rouen.
